Bhatkal police arrested two individuals for breaking into Shri Kanchina Durga Parameshwari Temple and stealing from donation boxes on August 28, 2025. The accused, identified as Darshan and Narayan, were apprehended, and items worth over ₹1.20 lakh, including a two-wheeler, were seized.
