Kundapura, March 14, 2026: The Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department of the Government of Karnataka has released the Gram Panchayat ranking report for February 2026, in which Gangolli Gram Panchayat has secured the second position in Kundapura taluk. According to the report released on March 13, Gangolli GP achieved a score of 70.98, earning a ‘B’ grade.

Korgi Gram Panchayat topped the list in the taluk with a score of 73.23. Among the 45 panchayats ranked, Koni secured the third rank with 67.53 points, followed by Gujjadi in fourth with 67.23 points, and Hombadi-Mandadi in fifth with 66.83 points. Other notable rankings include Hosangadi at 6th and Molahalli at 7th. At the bottom of the list, Ullur-74 stood at the 44th rank with a score of 42.98. These rankings are based on various developmental and administrative parameters evaluated monthly by the department to monitor the progress of rural local bodies.
