Gangolli, June 28: Touheed English Medium School in Gangolli conducted its school student parliament elections utilizing a mobile-based EVM application.

The election program was inaugurated by Ibrahim Chougale, the Secretary of the institution. Amjad Ali Ibrahim Sheikh, the Administrator of the school, addressed the students regarding the importance of student councils and leadership qualities. Vice Principal Zulekha Mulla and Manager Tahir Hassan were also present during the occasion.

During the election process, student candidates campaigned using designated symbols. Students, along with teaching and non-teaching staff, cast their votes using the mobile application interface. Following the counting, Maulana Atiyab and Iza from Class 10 were elected as the School Pupil Leaders (SPL). Mohammad Alik and Ruiefa from Class 9 were elected as the Assistant School Pupil Leaders (ASPL). School teacher Jayanthi welcomed the gathering, and Pramila compered the program.
