Gangolli, March 24, 2026: A road accident occurred near the Urban Bank in Gangolli on March 22, involving a collision between a car and a scooter, which left the rider seriously injured. The victim has been identified as Nagaraj Kharvi (45), a resident of Trasi.

The incident took place around 9:30 AM on Sunday. Nagaraj was traveling from Trasi to Gangolli on his Deo scooter (KA20 HE 1219). As he was passing near the Gangolli Urban Bank, a Kia car (KA20 MD 0612) coming from the same direction hit his scooter from behind. Due to the impact, Nagaraj fell onto the road and sustained severe injuries to his head, nose, and facial area.

Immediately after the mishap, the injured was rushed to the hospital for medical treatment using M.H. Ibrahim’s 24×7 Helpline Ambulance. A case has been registered at the Gangolli Police Station under Crime No. 13/2026, sections 281 and 125(A) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
