Bengaluru, February 23, 2026: The Bengaluru unit of Jamatul Muslimeen Gangolli (JMG) has successfully elected its new office bearers for the term 2026-2027. The selection was finalized during a general get-together held on February 14, 2026, where members deliberated on the formation of the new committee to lead the organization’s activities in the capital city.

The new committee officially came into effect on February 19, 2026. G Riyaz Ahmed has been elected as the President to lead the unit. He will be supported by Mohammed Varique (Vice President), Mohammed Ziyad (Secretary), Abrar Habibullah (Joint Secretary), and Mohammed Rayees (Treasurer).

Faisal Shaikh has been appointed as the Auditor, while Abdul Hakeem will serve as the Advisor. Ummer Farooque Arihole has been given the responsibility of Public Relations. The executive committee includes members Abdul Ali Nakhuda, Akif Mali, Mohammed Ibrahim, Abdullah Meeran, and Nayeez Hussain. The new leadership aims to strengthen community ties and work towards the welfare of the Gangolli diaspora residing in Bengaluru.
