Writers Nagegowda Keelara and Rajendra Prasad have sent an open letter to former PM HD Deve Gowda, warning that the Delimitation Bill threatens the political identity of South India. They urged him to unite Southern leaders against the bill to ensure constitutional equality and federal sovereignty.
