Mangaluru, September 1, 2025: The Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) Mangaluru (Ullal) Constituency Committee has announced a leaders’ meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at Unity Hall near Thokkottu, Kallapu. The event, themed “Contribution for Change,” will be chaired by SDPI Mangaluru constituency president Zahid Malar and aims to inspire party leaders to promote social justice, equality, and transformation. Chief guests include SDPI National General Secretary Ilyas Muhammad Thumbe, National Secretary Riaz Farangipete, and District President Jaleel Krishnapura. The announcement was made by constituency committee secretary Ubaid Ammembala in a press release.

SDPI, known for its advocacy of social justice, has been active in the region, previously contesting elections in Ullal and securing significant vote shares. The meeting is part of SDPI’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its organizational presence and mobilize leaders for societal change.
