THOKKOTTU: A grand felicitation ceremony for meritorious SSLC and PUC students, alongside an awareness program on the Special Voter List Verification (SIR), was successfully organized at the Mangalore Community Centre in Thokkottu. The event was held under the joint auspices of the Namma Naada Okkoota (R) Mangalore Community Centre and the Humanity Foundation Mangalore (R).

The program was formally inaugurated by Rizwan Ahmed, President of the Central Committee of Namma Naada Okkoota, who also introduced the core objectives and ongoing community welfare initiatives of the federation. Naseer Ahmed Samanige, President of the Humanity Foundation, welcomed the gathering. Delivering the keynote address on the voter enumeration drive, Advocate Sarfaraz detailed the technical procedures of the ongoing SIR process and guided the attendees on voter list enrollment and corrections.

Resource persons Rafiq Master and Santhosh Master addressed the gathering on the pivotal role of education in individual advancement and the structured growth of society. Presiding over the function, Dr. Arif Masood, District President of Namma Naada Okkoota, emphasized that true societal empowerment can be achieved only through meaningful education.

On this occasion, high-achieving students from the region who scored top marks in the SSLC and PUC examinations were presented with certificates and awards. Furthermore, Rafiq Master and Abdul Raziq Ali (CEO of Rasoft Infotech) were accorded special honors for their consistent support and encouragement toward the Mangalore Community Centre. Namma Naada Okkoota Trustee Mohammed Hussain Karkala, Abbas Uchila, Advocate Faisal, and Harish Latheef Deralakatte were present as dignitaries. Sheikh Isaak proposed the vote of thanks.
