Udupi: Mandatory Formation of Internal Complaints Committee in Workplaces
Udupi district authorities mandated that all organizations with 10 or more employees must form an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013, as per Supreme Court directives.
