Most Rev. Dr. Leslie Clifford D’Souza was installed as the second Bishop of the Udupi Diocese at Kallianpur. In his first address, the Bishop emphasized humanity over religion and called for a society free from hunger and tears, proudly identifying himself as a son of the local Tulu soil.
