Udupi: Rowdy sheeter Charan Raj booked under Goonda Act, shifted to Shivamogga Central Jail
Udupi police have detained rowdy sheeter Charan Raj (29) under the Goonda Act for his involvement in 10 criminal cases, including attempt to murder and drug trafficking.
