On September 9, 2025, Madhavi, an A.J. Hospital employee, died near Kuloor Royal Oak, Mangaluru, after her scooter hit a pothole, throwing her onto the road where a fish lorry ran her over. The Mangaluru North Traffic Police are investigating, with the vehicles seized and a case registered.
