Sirsi, April 12, 2026: MLA Bhimanna T. Naik officially flagged off a new, state-of-the-art firefighting vehicle allocated by the state government to the local fire station in Sirsi today. This move aims to bolster the operational efficiency of the fire department in the region.

Technological Upgrade: The new vehicle is equipped with modern technology designed to accelerate emergency response times and improve the safety of property and lives during fire outbreaks. Its addition is expected to streamline firefighting operations across the Sirsi taluk.
