Udupi police busted an illegal child adoption and trafficking racket, arresting 76-year-old Dr. K. Surendra Kamath of Kamath Nursing Home and a receiver named S. Prakash. The doctor allegedly forged birth certificates to hand over a baby girl illegally to a childless couple.
